Who we are
UNIQA Group Services (UGS) is part of the UNIQA Insurance Group, bringing together more than 1,300 professionals across Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia. With offices in multiple locations across the region, we deliver IT, Operations, and Business Services that support UNIQA’s international business environment with expertise, reliability, and a strong employee & customer focus.
Built on decades of experience, our teams combine deep local knowledge with international collaboration. Our presence spans more than 30 years in Hungary and Slovakia and over 19 years in Bulgaria and Romania, creating a strong foundation across all markets.
